September 2021: Excellent bakery! We love the Tradition and the Talmière. Busy during lunch hour, obviously. Update February 2023: we were in the neighborhood and simply had to buy a Talmière. As always: very tasty and crunchy. Pleased to see they continue to be such an excellent bakery.

3 .pour Ralph.. 4 pâtissiers sur place cela suffit à ne pas faire de vendre de produits surgelé...maintenant pour conserver les entremets ils sont mis en cellule de refroidissement et c est pour toutes ..je dis bien toutes les pâtisseries de la France entière...réglementation oblige..
4 ..attrait du profit parce que nous faisons du snacking ??. Vous dites que le métier de boulanger se perd mais que le pain y est très bon ...bizarre ???on ne gagne plus sa vie juste en vendant du pain en 2022....il faut se diversifier...ce n est pas l attrait du profit ..c est une question de survie pour les boulangeries.
