Doesn’t look like the staff is taught _why_ gloves should be used when touching food.
The croissant was among the worst I’ve had in France, and the salad in the sandwich with tomato, pesto and mozzarella had to be taken out; it had definitely gone bad. The star score is very strongly weighted by what I saw in their hygiene practice, but the pastries were also not great.

Excellente boulangerie, idéalement située ! Tout est délicieux, des sandwichs aux pizzas, en passant par les produits salés et les pâtisseries. Le personnel est toujours très accueillant, souriant et d’une grande gentillesse. Un vrai plaisir d’y venir, je recommande sans hésiter !

Première fois dans cette boulangerie pour ma part. Très agréablement surpris, il y a du choix et leur pain est l’un des meilleurs que j’ai mangé sur Nice. Le Paris-Brest à la hauteur de ce que j’attendais et le cookie pistache un régale pour seulement 2,20€ (bien en dessous de la concurrence) J’y reviendrais.

This was my first time at this bakery. I was very pleasantly surprised; there's a good selection, and their bread is some of the best I've had in Nice. The Paris-Brest lived up to my expectations, and the pistachio cookie was a real treat for only €2.20 (well below the competition). I'll definitely be back.

The cake was clearly spoiled and unfit for consumption. How is it possible to sell a product in such a state? It's a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Toutes nos excuses Visiblement il y a eu un probleme avec ce cake , nous n avons jamais ce genre de soucis malgres la quantité de cake que nous passons .n'hésitez pas a repasser au magasin afin que le cake soit remboursé. Encore toutes nos excuses J aurais aimé avoir un retour aussi quand vous etes venus au magasin suite a cet incident . Le cake vous a ete remboursé ce qui est normal..un autre offert ce qui est normal .. Nous avons commis une erreur et nous avons fait zn sorte de corriger cette erreur..j'espère que vous serez en tenir compte concernant votre avis .
